Twyla Eilertsen Ruby is the host of a new storyspace about her Eilertsen-Stetson-Bennett family, a blend of old-line American and upright Norwegian stock.
The space is off to an interesting start with photos from the Bennett homestead in Scobey, Montana, and research into the Eilertsen roots in Farsund, Norway.
The Storyspace highlights themes of church & religion, American westward migration, and the Norwegian immigrant experience, among others,
As a second active Storyspace on Family History Machine, it will demonstrate the viability of the site as a multiuser creation platform for family storytelling.
Family History Machine has begun a test user program for the upcoming beta launch of the site. We hope to recruit more Storyspace test users in the months after the beta site goes live.
